What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. Order requests: your name, email, phone, company, the date, time, headcount, pickup or delivery address, notes and the dishes you chose. Office updates: your name, work email, company, office zip code, usual headcount and how often you order. For restaurants: the restaurant's name, your name, email, phone number, cuisine, zip code, delivery details, a menu link and any notes.

How we use it

To confirm and deliver your order: the restaurant receives the dishes, date, time, headcount and, for delivery, the address. If you tick "Text me order updates", we text your phone about that order only; reply STOP to opt out. We also use the forms to tell offices about new restaurants and to contact restaurants about joining. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Text messages

We text you only about orders you placed (if you ticked "Text me order updates") or, for restaurant partners, about orders sent to your restaurant. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Order tracking

Each order has a private tracking link. The tracking page shows the restaurant, date, time, headcount and status, never your name, phone, email or address.

Where it's stored

In Google Cloud Firestore, which only Office Cater staff can read.

Deleting your information

Email hello@office-cater.com and we'll delete it within 30 days.
