From menu to meeting
Pick a menu
Choose a restaurant and set your headcount. Every item shows its price per person, its minimum and its dietary tags.
We confirm it
A person on our team checks the order with the restaurant. Your card is charged only after the restaurant confirms.
It arrives on time
The restaurant delivers before your start time. We text you when the order is confirmed, when it leaves and when it arrives.
Fees, line by line
Offices pay menu prices, the restaurant's delivery fee and tax. That's the whole list.
Restaurants pay Office Cater a 10% commission on each order plus card processing at cost. That's how we make money, so there's no service fee for you.

Common questions
When can I place an order?
Now, from four Tampa kitchens: The Momo Spot, Tampa Indian Restaurant, Tampa Halal Restaurant and Tampa Vegan Restaurant. Build your order on a restaurant's menu and send a request. We confirm it with the restaurant and email you the final total and a payment link before anything is charged. More Tampa restaurants are joining.
Where do you deliver?
We're starting in Tampa. Each restaurant sets its own delivery area, and every menu will show whether it delivers to your address before you add anything to your order.
What does it cost to use Office Cater?
Nothing extra. You pay the restaurant's menu prices, the restaurant's delivery fee and sales tax. Office Cater adds no service fee.
Is there a minimum order or a deadline?
Each restaurant sets its own minimum and how far ahead you need to order. Both appear at the top of every menu. For most catering, ordering the day before is a safe habit.
Can I cover vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free people?
Yes. Menu items carry dietary tags, so you can see at a glance how many options there are for each diet in your group.
Do you support invoicing or tax-exempt orders?
Not on day one. If your company needs either, email us and we'll tell you when it's ready.
